There was a slight glitch in my system after the technician left. I called and they sent him back immediately. Turns out that the glitch resolved itself in a few minutes without any intercession from the technician, but I was impressed that they sent him back instantly with no complaint. Pricing was more than fair, too.

Quick, Attentive service. Nice to deal with another company, other than ADT. Hank was professional, and his technician that installed the alarm, excellent. Having been with ADT for over 10 years and looking to update my alarm system, ADT offered very little apart from a very expensive quote by phone with a callback that was promised and never materialised. Hank was very prompt in contacting me after putting in a request to Service Magic for a local alarm company in LA, that could install in the Woodland Hills area. 5 Star Rating

Quick response to my immediate needs. When malfunction of equipment occured, Hank was understandinf and sent technicians out immediatly. I feel very secure and confident that this company will adress my problems if they occur again.

Hank of Secure West responded very promptly to my online request and was out the same day to survey my needs. I switched my monitoring to his company and his crew was out the next day to upgrade my system and make the change over. It saved me several hundred dollars in fees my old provider wanted to charge me and my monthly monitoring was reduced by over $10 per month. Everyone was very professional and they left my house with no trace that they were ever here. I am very satisfied.
