Homeadvisor initially recommended two companies to me, but they failed to contact me regarding our project. I followed up with a representative of HomeAdvisor and he recommended Shadai Perdome. Nahum contacted me immediately and gave us a quote on the same day. He finished the job in the same week! The work was done properly and we are happy about it.

I went with this company because they responded to my call immedately and very friendly. They didn't come when I was home like I requested so hen I when I arrived home, I was disappointed. The did cut the grass but the blew all the debris and bark onto my lawn. I still had lots of leaves in my driveway, under plants, and all around my property. I specifically asked for 2 shrubs to be trimmed and no trimming was done at all.

I hired Shadai Perdomo for cleaning. Some of the areas that were cleaned were spotless and sparkling when finished. Other areas where so so. A few things were completely missed. I'm sure I could of called them back to take care of these areas, but I didn't want to go through the back & forth scheduling process.I just cleaned the missed areas myself. Overall they did a decent job and were polite to have in my home.

We needed our garage cleaned the next day for our new renters.They worked 3-4 hrs into the night to get it done and we were very happy with the results.Now the garage is cleaner than its been in years.
