The initial diagnostic visit was prompt and immediately identified the issue as a leak in the ancient exchanger. Something another company had assured us was impossible to detect without going to great expense. Shamrock filled the freon as a temporary measure to get us through the 90+ degree days until we could install a new unit which they installed in a matter of hours on June 12. Overall a satisfactory job. Thanks guys!!

My a/c went down after hours. Their after hours fees are lower than competitors and they actually show up on time. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave me the options and quotes. We had to order a part and when it came in they installed it and did a complete check of the unit to make sure everything was right. The service techs know what they are doing and did a quality job. They are now 1st on my HVAC call list and I will recommend them to my friends.

Wonderful service! At first they thought my furnaces' circuit board had burned out but discovered that it was just a blown fuse and saved me hundreds of $. Great guys, great company.

Bobby was great. He was very clear in diagnosing the problem and quickly fixed it. He came out on a Sunday (over Thanksgiving weekend) and didn't charge us anything extra. Although he didn't have the part needed, he came back hte next day and installed it.
