Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs

Jim is very conscious and concerned about doing a good job. He made it a point to stop in a couple times to make sure that he had met everyone and to get feedback on his performance. He asks for suggestions and is very customer oriented. Will be speaking to him this summer about performing landscaping duties based on his current performance. Also, one thing that was rare for me in acquiring quotes for services, he actually provided a very decent pricing structure and included references. Very refreshing and professional.
