Rich from ShutterKing is very knowledgeable and very helpful . I had an issue with a sagging floor in a 100 year old house. There was an issue with pipes that were raped in asbestos insulation. He could not do anything with the floor until the asbestos was removed because of the location of the pipes. He found me someone that does the removal of asbestos that was reasonably priced. After the removal Rich had his son in-law do the job. His Son in-law is also very knowledgeable and new how the job needed to be done. He took his time lifting the floor and checked the floor upstairs several times to make sure that there was no issues and to check to see if it was level. It was a very long process and it took a good part of the day. That tells me he did not rush the job. Excellent Service and would hire again.

I was not completely satisfied with what I expected. The work was ok but not superior as I had hoped.
Response by ShutterKing.net: work was done according to contract cleaned up and finished, I have no idea why consumer wasn't happy I purposly asked if everything was up to par and he said he was happy

We went with ShutterKing based upon the great reviews on ServiceMagic, however, I would have to say that our experience was just okay. Our service appointment was pushed back due to his schedule, which inconvenienced us a little and then the work was o-kay...probably better than we would have done ourselves, but I guess I was expecting more quality in terms of finished product than what we received. He did clean up after, but then I needed to go and sort out the recycling from the garbage, as perhaps he did not know our system...would have preferred to do that myself actually. Overall, just o-kay, not great.
