I had no suction on my central vacuum system for over a year. The original installation company came and tried to fix it with no success. They told me there was a clog and tried to clear it. Then they said they needed a longer "snake" but they never came back even after several calls and conversations. Thank goodness for Josh!! He came, diagnosed my problem and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. It had nothing to do with the lines - they weren't clogged at all. Josh was professional, pleasant and the kind of service person I will call again as well as recommend to my friends and community.

He was professional,very knowledge ,reasonable and was on time!!! It was the best service and repair I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend this company. He went the extra nine yards to solve the problem and checked the entire system over and made sure it was working 100% before he left.
