TJ with Simply Service was quick, efficient, friendly and knew exactly what our dishwasher needed. It took a few days to order the part but he was back out to our house to install the part when it was convienent for me. I am now listening to the sweet sound of our dishwasher running again. I would recommend Simply Service to all my family and friends! Thanks TJ!

I called Home Advisor on 4/15/13 inquiring about getting someone out to our home to fix a dryer. I was put directly on line with Simply Service and spoke to TJ. He came out to the house that afternoon and had to order a part. TJ came back the next evening and put the part in our dryer!! NOW, that is what I call FAST SERVICE!!! TJ is a very polite individual who was very knowledgeable about looking at our dryer and ordering the part we needed!! We cannot thank him and Home Advisor enough for the TOP QUALITY service we received. Again, TJ, our HATS OFF TO YOU and continue with your first rate service. Thank you! Will call again if need

3/20/13: The technician came, inspected and estimated the cost, $150.00 to remove the coins in Kenmore clothes washer. I agreed the cost and service. He spent time to do the work but not fininhed, he promised to come back but he never did. I was asked to pay $65 in advance and I did. 03/21/13 and on, I called, talked, left voice message and got empty result as of today 03/27/13. Conclusion: This technician and company does not have enough professional skill to perform the work. I am hereby request that they should refund me in full so that I can get other company to repair my washer. Please help. Thanks
