I hired Simply the Best to repair a leak in my sunroom. They are one of the few companies left that seem to be genuinely committed to idea of good customer service. Alastair was honest and forthcoming when speaking about the scope of the repairs required and made sure not to make promises he couldn't keep. That alone is worth it's weight in gold these days. My 10 year old sunroom was successfully repaired and I recently hired Simply the Best for another project. I highly recommend them.

I have waited a long time to rate my experience because I wanted to see whether Allastair & co actually fixed the leak in my sunroom. I am happy to say that they did and I have not had a drop of water since the repair. Allastair was attentive and knowledgeable and the work crew worked quickly and minimized inconvenience, plus cleaned up after itself. My only disappointment was that the quote included moving drains, which they decided was not necessary. When I asked about an adjustment to price, I was told the price was the same. I can't imagine that is so but after 20+ years of chasing the leak, the fix is priceless!

Their work was really good and on time and best of all you don't need to worry about the next 5 years since they give "guarantee" meaning parts and labor replacement if somethings breaks (not intentional of course)
