Project: Remodel a Basement

Yuriy and Tatiana make a great team! With Tatiana performing the design of the space and Yuriy acting as the general contractor, it was like getting two services for the price of one. Yuriy was always very professional and communicated well throughout the project. He is very attentive to detail and manages the quality on his project. There were no hidden charges, either. What was quoted is what was charged. I was very impressed, and will definitely contract with SITY again!

Project: Build an Addition

We had a bedroom and bathroom added to our basement, which was already half finished. The crew started immediately, and SITY fronted some of the construction materials. Yuriy was easy to work with. He and his wife, Tatyana, have very good experience with both designing and construction and they both offered a great deal of much needed advice on what to do with our space. The price was fair, but the timeframe was much longer than expected. Part of the delay was due to getting permits (which was unplanned). However, the quality of work was reasonably good and we were happy with the design recommendations. I would recommend this firm.
