Did a very thorough inspection of the roof and took multiple pictures to back up the report and very happy with the amount of time it took for him to make an appointment and come to the house. Would definitely hire them again.

$100+ cheaper than the others. Was thorough and answered all our questions. Got written report in just 3 days. Didn't have all the fancy gadgets some of the others say they have, but woudn't need that in most cases. If your home is really old and you suspect serious issues, perhaps get someone with the infrared scan, mold detection kit and stuff, but for a general home inspection this guy was a great find. Thanks service magic!

He had an available schedule, was professional, and completed the job thoroughly. We especially appreciated the pictures included in the report of each potential problem, as it made identification and repair so much easier.
