Although my tree cost $500.00 to cut down, Smart Saw cut the trunk completely out of the ground, and mulched as much of the roots as possible, leaving an area that had a thirty year old tree almost perfectly flat and ready for alternative use. The owner of the company called me back on a weekend on the same day I called him, and came to my house later that same day to give me a quote. He cut down my tree the day after! As far as quality and Customer Service go, Smart Saw is unmatched. As far as price, you may be able to find a better deal. Overall, I was very please with the service and the price.

Arrived on Saturday for estimate. Price was wright compared to two other bids. To do work on fol lowering Monday, crew arrived Tuesday and removed two trees and trimmed 3 other trees. All debris cleaned up and removed from property. Very professional work.

This is the second experience with Jose Portillo. His service was excellent this time same as the last. I had many down and leaning pine trees from the weekend of the Sandy Storm on the East Coast. These trees were a threat to my barn. He called the same day as I put in for recommendations from Home Advisor. We met at the work site, agreed on the work and price. It was completed as promised. Clean-up was thorough. I recommend him highly and will use his company in the future.

I had a huge maple tree in front of my house next to a busy highway. A crew of 3 arrived on time from Smart Saw Tree Service and within a couple hours they had removed all the dead limbs and did a beautiful job shaping this 100 old tree. A pleasure to work with!
