I had Smith cleaning services do a one time hard clean to get a house in order. I was then going to evaluate them to see if I could use them on a regular basis. I had a homeowner that has some mental challenges. Delores and her sister did an outstanding job and were aware and compassionate with the homeowner. I will use them again.

They gave me a quote which included my laundry room but when she came she forgot to do it so I reminded her. All that was done was vacuuming, nothing was moved, the floors were not cleaned. I also foud it strange that she brought her children with her and even had them do ome of the cleaning. I m not paying for your services so that children can clean my house. Overall, the bathrooms looked good but other than that nothing else looked that much different. I'm pretty sure my kitchen floor was not even mopped.

We have set an appointment after talking twice on the phone. She has not cleaned yet but so far I like her and think we can work together very well. I can rate her claening later.
