An absolute pleasure from start to finish. A lovely experience and an excellent price. My old vacuum got destroyed in Hurricane Sandy. The new one is fabulous, with better suction, longer hose, larger bags and no exhaust smell or exhaust air (it is covered with a bag) My husband and I are extremely pleased. We would highly recommend Smithtown House of vacuums. Kevin knows his stuff!

The appointment was kept on time. The rep was friendly and knowledgeable about the product he was servicing. Personable and honest. I know nothing about central vac systems and could have been taken to the cleaners....awesome experience.... would highly recommend...

They were quick to respond, found the problem and it turned out that it would be most cost effective to replace the old, broken, 17 year old unit with a new one. Now the suction is better and I couldn't be happier. I will recommend them to my neighbors.
