Forgot to reconnect the AC unit. Once the AC was needed, they were not helping to take the costs for having it connected again.

They did perform the pre-season tune up but I was surprised that the tune up did not include the cleaning of the unit. Everything appears to be a la carte with this company and the office does not do a good job of explaining this to you, in fact, I think they should replace their whole office. To me their approach appears to be a bait and switch - let's get in and see how much we can gauge them for. I am in search for another company that does what I think one should do in a preventive maintenance situation i.g. clean unit yearly and perform a tune up to assure the unit is working properly.

They came out walk around the whole house and explained why the old unit was doing want it was doing and how the new unit would correct most of the problems i was having.

The job was completed in the time specified and done in a very satisfactory manner. The servicemen were punctual, clean and honest. They made sure that everything was running well and the site cleaned up before they left. I was very impressed!
