I have had others come look at my entertainment set-up. I have had others offer to put all of my audio and video components on one universal remote. I have had others come and set up my surround sound speakers. All failed and could not give me what Kirk Hobbs at South Shre Audio Video did for me in only 3 hours. He indicated that my wires were a mess, that my speaker wires in some cases completely frayed or undone, that my components were not properly hooked up and he completely straightened it all out. Then he gave me a true universal remorte which does more things than I have ever been able to do with 4 remotes! He was great!

They know their stuff. Fast response. On time for everything. Incredible team came to do the work. They had to do some tricky things and it came out great. I really love these guys.

Excellent service! Contacted me right away and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Technician Jeremy showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to use all the newly installed components before he left. Highly recommend this company!

Wonderful! Real professional. I got other quotes which were lower but felt most comfortable with Kirk. He knew what he was talking about and knew he could get the job done. I was concerned because we were having a tv hung over our fireplace but no cable or electric outlets. Other companies told me I would have a large patch job that I would have to repair. After the job was complete we had one small hole that was hardly noticeable. You get what you pay for!

They were great, very professional and went above and beyond to make sure all was set up correctly - even cleaned up the home computer so it would run faster and then stayed on the phone with Sonos until they solved an issue. It has been great and I have already recommended them to friends.
