All South came out multiple times to revise their estimate before starting the job (at my request) and did a thorough job getting rid of mold in a property I manage! We are very pleased with the outcome & how efficiently they worked. The job was done in one day! I will definitely recommend them in the future! They also warranty their work, which is a huge plus.

The All South crew were courteous and diligent while working in my home, but I was not satisfied with how carefully they performed the cleaning. After they left, I found most surfaces in my house covered in dust. I'm glad that it is no longer in the vents, but i wish they would try to catch more with the vacuum. They also scuffed up my walls near the vents and left some of them out of place so that unpainted wall shows. Many of the vents still had visible dust on the grates as well. I would expect this not to be the case after cleaning. I did call them back and tried to arrange a follow up, but they did not show up after a second attempt.

Nice folks, did a quality job. Price was average to slightly higher as compared to other quotes. Services provided were to clean ducts & main lines on the HVAC and thoroughly clean a unfinished basement full of 35 years of grime & debris. I woulld recommendt this company.

Was a little more than I originally expected to pay but the service was very good and the guys went above and beyond with what they did. They looked at the gutters and some water I had under the crawl space.
