Eric is very easy to workwith. He did excellent job and I am completely satisfied with his quality inspection work. He spent extra time in explaining me the details on repairs and even offferd me to call him for details after inspection.

Eric was prompt, professional, upon completion of the inspection he took his time explaining the deficiencies he found. He had visual evidence of his findings; and was courteous enough to furnish the findings with the pictures in the form of digital copy. His final product was on my computer in the evening. Fast service from a professional willing to go the extra mile.

Eric was amazing! He spent 3 hours looking at the house. As he was completing his report, he printed it and create a binder for our future use. The advice he gave us was right-on! I would hire him again and again!!
