I just bought a house that came complete with a swimming pool. I was totally ignorant about pools until I found Southern Living pools. He came out and explained everything I needed to know and gave me unbiased opinions about what should be done. I was very fortunate to have him come out and very sad to learn that this house was located too far out for him to service. He came out anyway and spent over an hour with me. Great customer service and very timely! Would recommend this company to anyone in his scope for service.

Jonathon is amazing! We were in a bind with our current situation and he came to fix it all. He is so knowledgeable and extremely personable. He took the time to explain every part of the pool and equipment to my husband. We will NEVER go woth another company!!!

The moment I spoke with Jonathan I knew he would be a great fit. He is friendly and very easy to speak with about concerns and 'how to do' questions. Upon scheduling he let me know what would happen when the guys arrived and what I would need to have available (pool cover). The crew arrived early and were very polite, efficient, and fast. I couldn't suggest anything be changed about the entire process!! I look forward to working with Southern Living Pool Services to open my pool in March and teach me how to take care of it through pool school.

Jonathan was very helpful and informative. We were first time home owner that have a in-ground pool in our back yard and the first time to have someone help us close the pool for the winter. Jonathan's staffs were here every steps of the way and informed me what they did during the process. Thank you Jonathan and your staffs for all of your hard works. We will call you next Spring to open the pool again.

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. There were many times in which he could have easily taken me for a ride and chose to in stead be open, honest and informative. He helped me make good decisions in caring for our pool. I will be contacting him for the future opens/closings and would recommend him to anyone.
