They were able to get to our cleaning job right away, which I appreciated. However, their work was incomplete. They left several items undone completely and did not clean others thoroughly.

The girls came on time and were here to do a spring cleaning. I have to say my house REALLY needed a thorough cleaning and there was a lot to do. There were 4 girls and they worked right along at a fast pace for the 3 hours they were here. The house looked amazing when they were done. It sparkled! I was very pleased with what they accomplished in the time they were here and will definitely have them back. I am now in the process of having them give me an estimate on doing the outside of the house.

I wish I could give these guys negative stars. This is a very poorly run operation. The clearner that came did a poor job. I have two bathrooms in my house she only went in one, she left cobb webs, didnt clean any of the tvs, and did not sweep or vacuum. I had to cancel the service and they have a 24 hour cancel notice policy. I called them to let them know I didnt need them, and they did not communicate to the cleaner that they did not need to come. They still came, then the owner left me a very nasty message telling me I should have called. I was very disappointed in the level of professionalism, lack of customer service, low quality.

Response by Sparkle Cleaning Services: We went back there three times to make right what she felt wasn't right. We also offered her a free cleaning. She was some one I just couldn't make happy after several attempts and I would still at this point be willing to comply with her wishes to make her happy.
