New home with a leak in the crawl space. Mr. Bacarella waterproofed the whole crawl space. Also patched a couple of crack in the main part of the unfinished basement. Job was completed October 2012. Since then we've had a number of rainstorms and Super-Storm Sandy...No More Leaks! A couple of years ago, I had also hired Specialty applications at my former home to fill some cracks before I had the basement remodeled. I was very please with the service back then also.

Courteous, professional and so far.....cost effective. Other contractors seemed to want to take advantage of a situation. But Specialty Applications did the necessary work for a fair price. So Far no rain to tet it out but I guess time will tell for sure.
