Excellent work on most projects. He did replace the lower seal on the door but I told him that "light" was coming from other areas than just the lower part. Needless to say I still have "light" coming in from those other areas. He also replaced the seal on the kitchen sink which was leaking.

Larry with Spectrum was very prompt in calling and retuning calls. The contractors were on time, unlike other contract work I had to have done, who didn't show up, and were late when they rescheduled. Spectrum was very curtious, the customer service was wonderful and the work done was very good. I am definitely using them again for all my home repairs.

Spectrum has a very professional service at reasonable prices. We use a lot of vendors for our real estate business and due to several local shop closing, had to find another handyman service when we sold our own home. Spectrum will remain on our list of good local companies that offer honest, affordable service. Good contractors are hard to find, but it looks like we found another one.
