Spectrum did a great job. The crew was very knowledgeable and put in a trouble free system that is hi tec. They had respect for my conifer collection and cleaned up including reseeding after installing the system. I am pleased and happy that I used them.

It took awhile to get them to get all that was needed to get the job done, but he came and did a great job, He's not done completely, but he is the only one who arrived to work. He's a very nice guy.

Response by Spectrum Lawn Care, LLC: We have a voicemail system for direct calls. Email was responded to this customer within 5 minutes .... We strive for the best customer service possible. Are we large enough to have a full time secretary...no. but communication has not been a problem with all the options we offer.

.I have not received a bill yet from Spectrum so you know I thought he was going to send me a bill by email, but I hope I didn't delete something not realizing that it was a bill, so that is the only thing is that we have not received a bill yet
