We replaced our old, rotting deck railing w/new care-free vinyl. Jim St. Germaine and his helper, MC, did a fantastic job! Some frustration in installation, but there was never any swearing. They worked for hours in the rain, and came back to finish the job the next morning. We are very pleased with the outcome of this project and the professionalism shown...and our cost was right in the ballpark of what we budgeted. Good job, guys!

Originally needed tile repairs in two bath rooms and adjustment of sliding door. After repairs completed and looked good decided to add a replacement door and replacement of all floor tiles in one bath room. Replacement of door (special order) and tile flooring completed the end of the next week at reasonable price. Very satisfied with all jobs.

Jim was great to work with and was able to solve various problems that arose during the project. This was especially important because the location of the job site was quite far from my home in another state so I needed someone who could be fairly independent in all aspects of the work including subcontracting work.
