They may be good at cleaning carpets but as far as mold removel I would not recomend them at all. I had to watch everything they did. They were charging me for thinks that I caught them trying to skip like the cleaning and sanding. They were just going to put primer over the molded wood. I had to point out that they had not cleaned the items that were in the molded rooms or the doors and windows. After they left i could not find any of my outlet or light switch covers that they had remover. I will never use them for anything again. The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for.

The equipment they put in my house was too much for the space that needed drying, the dehumidifier was loud and I had to turn it off after 1 day ( it was in the house from Friday til Monday) The fans worked well but we got sick from the smell that was emitting from them blowing underneath the linoleum, after 2 days I only used 1 fan. I think the price was too high for the footage I needed drying. and tI think would have been better had the equipment been somehow placed under the floor in the crawlspace outside, since we had to live with the smell and noise. I didn't realize it would be that loud and last for that long,

I needed mold treatment/removal of my wood furniture. They evaluated the wood furniture and said they would send me a report of their assessment. It's been two weeks+, and I have not received it. At least I got my chairs cleaned. They look better.

As a REALTOR, I was surprised to find that Stanley Steamer had branched out to such a wide variety of services. I have always used them for carpet and upholstery and thought that was all they did. More advertising is needed to make the public aware. My opinion.

I was real pleased with the carpet cleaning and the Pro that did the work. I thought it was fairly priced also. However, I think the duct cleaning was way over priced for what they did! It took two guys less than an hour to do the job and charged me 375.00 dollars. All they cleaned was the ducts, and it was my understanding they were to spray the ducts afterwards, clean my furnace and cooling unit, and my dryer duct. So I would recomend carpet cleaning to my friends but I will NOT recomend your duct cleaning services to anyone. I could give the Pro that did the carpet cleaning an excellant rating!... Duct cleaning, average at best!!!
