Mike came out on a Sunday to fix our air conditioner. He knew exactly what it needed right away and was very reasonable with his charge. We know who to call in the future, I highly recomend this company.

Star is an authorized Lennox Service Repair. The repairman was very knowledgeable in the Lennox Unit and knew exactly what to do to make the repair cost effective as well as successful. He even requested that I call if the system did not work to my satisfaction and said he didn't care if it was after 8 PM (now that's what I call commitment to satisfaction). I would (and have) very much recommend Star Air & Refrigeration.

From what my husband told me...He wasn't told a price..Just said ok..I'll be there at 4...Another guy that James spoke to was going to wave the service call fee...We would have gone with him if is wasn't for Star Air showing up. Still not fixed...we paid 95 dollars and cold air is still coming out when it is set to heat.....1/28/08

Response by Star Air & Refrigeration: The customer was informed what was wrong, and has declined to contract the appropriate work to fix the problem. The $95 would apply as credited paid when the work is completed. This is why the problem is still not fixed.

Showed up on time, worked all day replacing the heater without stopping. Had to come back the next day due to the heater not working. Had to replace some additional parts but stuck to the price estimate. All in all, did OK.

He called this morning and was out to my home within the hour. I did not have to wait all day for the service which was great! He fix the unit in little over an hour. He took the coupon that was on line because I was a 1st time customer. My home is cool and I am fine now. He was nice and did not try to cheat me!!! I would use him again.
