David was quick in response, reasonable in estimate, friendly and very insightful with advise in general carpet maintenance apart from stretching work he did at my house. Very pleased with service and can recommend him any time!

On very short notice, Star Carpets was able to come to my home to provide a free estimate and repair the carpet issue within days. Even from the initial phone call, I knew that Star Carpet was a reputable business because they offered alternative solutions to my problem that wouldn't be as costly. I will surely use Star Carpets again for any future carpet installation or repair needs.

David came out and fixed 2 patches in my carpet. He was available right away and gave me the lowest priced estimate and didn't go up a penny in price when he finished!. He was proactive and took a nail out of the floor that made my floor creeked. Outstanding job, very happy and he will be my man going forward. Thanks a bunch!

David showed up exactly at 9 as discussed. He was very friendly and performed the work in less than an hour. His rates are very reasonable and I would gladly use him again and recommend him to friends.

He was the first one who called me upon using service magic, and I didn't even bother comparing prices, because he was very reasonably priced, and was more than willing to do whatever needed to get the job done. He was professional, and did a great job. It's hard to find a place with great customer service, quality, and price all at once. Thanks David!

Outstanding service!!! He was able to repair a pretty deep snag in the Berber carpet. Also he saved me THOUSANDS of dollars by stretching the carpet. The carpet looks brand new!!!
