Alan was very responsive and informative. We talked trough various options and he presented those options clearly with no hidden costs. I really appreciated the timeliness and cleanliness of the work! Would definitely recommend!

Alan is simply the best. He quickly figured out my problem and fixed it. I'm an engineer but would not have figured this out on my own. I wish I would have contacted him a month ago. He is very honest and he knows what he is doing. If I have any other issues, I will call him before all others. 5 star without question.

These guys were fast, very reasonably priced and did a great job. I would definitely use them again for similar work and recommend them highly. For reference the work they did for me was a comparatively small job; I wanted them to trace COAX cabling, split at an appropriate place and run additional COAX through my attic to two bedrooms that were not wired. Additionally they fixed an existing COAX outlet that was not working. The wrinkle was that I use MOCA networjing (Ethernet over COAX, with Verizon FIOS as my internet provider) and VOIP so I can connect to Vonage from any phone outlet in the house and I wanted to make sure they split correctly so those would not be compromised. The Star tech (Ramos) fully understood the issues with MOCA and VOIP and the additional MOCA repeater I installed of one of the new outlets tested out perfectly.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
