Jeff is new to Service Magic and was a bit of a risk given that he had no customer service history to review. I'm glad I took the risk. He has gone over and above the call of duty to communicate, offer value, and he even pitched in on other odd jobs most electricians wouldn't touch. I'd recommend him highly for quality, value, dependability, and customer service especially. He delivered on budget, on time, with a smile!
