I called steam masters because I had used them for my personal home. They showed up to the office on time. Our office is in awarehouse and the installers trek in all kinds of dirt. Our carpets were black in alot of places. They got it all clean...looks like new carpet. I called andsteam was able to an appointment in 2 days. The tech was friendly and did a great job. We will continue to use their services.

I was very happy with the completed carpet cleaning. There were a team of two who cleaned our 5-room, 1-hall apartment in about an hour. They were very thorough. They worked on stains, raked for pet hair removal, moved furniture and helped move beds to clean under them. The carpet looked fabulous when they were finished! They also quoted a reasonable price on returning to clean some upholstered chairs at a later date. I plan to call on their services again!!

Arrived on time, cleaned our rental house carpets really well. The previous tenants had 3 dogs and a cat, so there was a huge dog odor and lots of wear. Steve spoke to me on phone about the condition of carpet and was very friendly and efficient. The carpets smell much better and are super clean now! They'll need to be vaccum deodorized quite a few times to entirely get rid of the dog smell from the under foam of carpeting, but Steam master did a terrific job with what they had to face going in to our rental house job! Would Definately Recommend this company!

Technician was about an hour late, which wasn't a problem for me, but could be if I were working or had another appointment. I was in a rather remote location, so again, no problem.

Excellent! I called the night before I was moving into a renatl house. The floors were filthy with cat and dog hair and multiple stains. A man from the company arrived the next day exactly when they said they would. He was courteous and hard working. The carpets looked great! I was amazed. Would definitely call them again.
