Carter knows what he is talking about. He was focused on the job and gave me a fair estimate on the cost of the work. Even though additional piping was necessary from our initial estimate, Carter kept the price the same to replace and fix the gas lines.

Carter, the owner, is terrific! I highly recommend him. He installed a new toilet for me, very fast, very skilled, very fairly price AND he is a very nice, honest person. He goes Above and Beyond! About a year ago I called him with a toilet problem and not much money. I told him I was "handy" so he told me EVERYTHING I needed to do to fix the toilet problem MYSELF! I thanked him and told him as soon as I could afford it I would be getting a NEW toilet and because he was so nice and generous with his advice I promised to call him when I was ready. FINALLY I called - Carter installed my new toilet!!! GREAT JOB!!! Thanks!........ Linda C.

I had hired Stellar Plumbing for a a past project and he was slow and expensive. For a second major house renovation project I hired him again. A price was set and a down payment was given. It was impossible to get him to the work site, ever. Dozens of calls were made and promises made, but never kept. It was excuse after excuse if he ever returned a phone call. After months of never returning to the worksite he suddenly wanted even more money than he had agreed upon. He was fired at that point and another plumber was hired at a third less (or under half) of the price he was demanding. Plus his work was sloppy and certainly not up to code.

Carter came out the very next morning. He arrived when he said he would come and was very friendly and professional. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and what he thought might be wrong based on the symptoms. My sump pump motor was burned out and he had to replace it. He replaced it the the next day and kept my yard very clean during the process. I was very satisfied with his work.
