We operate throughout Charlotte, Desoto, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties. Our home office is located in Sarasota, FL. One of our greatest strengths as a company is the wide range of home improvement services we offer. These include additions, remodeling, garage builds, sunrooms, pool enclosures, patio enclosures, and some roofing. Project: Build an Addition
Steve is the contact man for the setup of the project. Eric is the contractor. Both are personable and hands on. Needed to remodel our lanai and tile floors in house. Paint and replace hardware on doors. These guys and their regular crew are top rate. The smallest detail is never to small for them. Tell them and they get it done. We now have a great looking lanai and fresh paint and tile thruout the house. Subs are polite and do excellent work also. Would recommend them highly.

His customer service is impecable. When he says he's going to call or come by, he does it. He goes above and beyond to service his customers-which is a great quality to have in a company. Explained everything thoroughly--very pleased!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Highly recommended!! Steve from Stevar is very detail oriented and is great at communicating the progress and questions during this project. This is a second home and the remodling project was performed 100% while we were away. He supplied a quote quickly and we discussed the details of exactly what we wanted. He offered great suggestions and the final product turned out exactly as we wanted it. I will be using Stevar for addtional projects around my home along with other services that they provide.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
My bathroom is wonderful! Very pleased with the job and the guys that work here. They completed the job in the time frame promised, and we have 2 dogs that looked forward to seeing them show up. It was really cool that they did a head count on the dogs to make sure they were safe and locked in ths house before they left. We felt very comfortable leaving them in our home alone. Can't wait to start the kitchen !!!! Thank you very much Ste-var for everything.

Excellent work, quality product, obsessive attention to detail, polite, friendly. If they have a fault it's that they tend to forget to call back and reschedule after weather delays so if the weather turns nasty expect to call them regularly. Absolutely some of the best construction work I've ever seen. I needed to remodel my lanai that had storm damage and outdated vinyl windows. They were only too happy to accommodate my specific requests on materials and they were sticklers for a near perfect job. They even offered to repair the old door I expected to replace it and it's good as new. They're definitely going on my iPhone goto list

Stevar Property Develpoment is an excellent company. I was very hesitant to remodel my home and Stevar made the process very easy for my family. Although we did not stay in the house during the remodel--our choice--we were back in when promised and felt able to go about our daily living. Stevar went above and beyond with everything. If Stevar says they will do it--they will. No backing out. I would recommend this company to anyone.
