Steve Byrne and his crew did an excellent job overall. Estimate: Steve came in person and prepared a written estimate which he promptly emailed me within 24 hours of his visit. His pricing was pretty much "in the middle" of 4 other estimates I got. I chose Steve because of capacity & availability (he has a number of "crews" and could assign one immediately to my job), and price. Job Satisfaction: They did a good job. I had a number of "older home" issues requiring some TLC carpentry and extra care and his crew worked with me at a reasonable rate to get this accomplished. Each of my neighbors has come by to say how nice it looks.
