Project: Basement - Remodel

I don't know how to do half a star, but would rate 4 1/2 out of five for my basement remodel. Derek was prompt, did everything asked, stayed almost within the time frame, and was very courteous. My only small reservation was the quality of the spray-on texture drywall finish. (I think he might have hired that out.) They should have been more careful in taping off window frames, etc. I have complete confidence in Derek's integrity and hope to use his services again.

Derek was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate, and has been helpful in determining the root cause of the damage to be repaired. I have not yet received an alternate bid to compare with.

Mr. Stone was professional and responded quickly by telephone to schedule an appointment to review the work needed. He scheduled an appointment and was punctual in meeting the appointment. He submitted his bid as stated.

Dereck was great to work with. Within minutes of placing my inquiry for services he contacted me and arangments were made to bid the project. His bid was not the cheapest, but I was extremly refreshed by his professionalism and attention to detail on our project. He completed the project within the time frame needed with no supervision required. I will use his services again in the future.
