Max Strasburg was very patient with our situation and he was flexible. I greatly appreciate his thoroghness and honesty on the home. His report was very detailed and he even provided explanations as to how it could or needed to be fixed. He was also very prompt and quick to respond to all questions and changes in scheduling.

He came and gave my roof a complete inspection. Gave me the details I needed to hire someone to fix my roof. I was able at that point to distinguish between the contractors who were trying to get a bigger job from me and ones that truly could do the job for a reasonable price. I would recommend hiring this company before hiring someone to fix the roof. It is cheap insurance.

Prompt , efficient, and thorough. Mr. Strasburg found many small items that were not performing to standard in the home. He also found many items that would require a simple fix. He cornered one issue which may negate our purchase of this particular home. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. His background and knowledge appeared to be replete. The short answer is: Accredited Home Inpsections may have saved us from buying the wrong home. I would not hesitate to use Accredited Home Inspections again, and we probably will.
