Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests

This job had a sequencing problem; wrong job element scheduled first. Also a couple workers judgment about what looked good needed re-training. The foreman was good, but not able to show up on days he said he would. "2-day" job lasted over 2 weeks, I expected 4 days. Overall would use them again.
