Rich was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up early to do the job which was fine with me. He knew what he was doing and answered all of my questions without a problem. I would hire Rich again and would recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Home advisor is definitely an asset when you're looking for a reliable contractor in this ever scary world of scam artists and people who don't know what they're doing.

The 6 year warranty I received was not from the manufacturer, but handwritten on the invoice by the plumber. The experience I've had over the past 12 years, every 6 years the water heater suffers corrosion from the minerals in the water and needs replacement. In retrospect, I would have preferred the water heater be purchased directly from the manufacturer to get an extended warranty of 10 years, and hired the plumbing separately .
Response by Streamline Plumbing, LLC: I agree completely with Sue here. In her case (where she's going through water heaters about every 5 years or so it's very important to make sure the new water heater that's installed has a good warranty program. A lot of times when water heaters are purchased from a "big box" store, trying to warranty them can be a nightmare. That is why I always suggest purchasing the water heater direct with a plumbing vendor like Sue did in this situation. Now if she has an issue with her new heater that we just installed prior to six years (example the tank leaks), she will receive a new replacement water heater with no questions asked.

I originally installed a waiter heater and called them because I had a small leak. Between the time I called them and they came I remodeled a bathroom and had more leaks in my plumbing job. I called them back and they were more than happy to compete both jobs and still came at the same time the next day. I will be calling them in the future before attempting anymore plumbing jobs!

My water heater broke and I had water everywhere. I called three contractors and the prices were all the same. The difference with streamline plumbing was Rich was very professional and customer friendly. He put my mind at ease that this was going to get fixed today. Once at the house he answered all my questions while he continued to work. Class act! Highly recommend!

He went with me to Home Depot to get a new water heater under the warranty, and we waited for about 30 minutes. We talked about different things during that time. I am a woman and I felt very comfortable asking him questions. My husband and I were very happy with his work. Also, a very positive person.
