During the initial consultation, which is typically done on site, you and your designer will meet and discuss the current space and what your goals are for the new space. If you are looking for great value, an intuitive contractor,who listens to your wants and needs, Struction is for you. Brad treats you like a king or queen. His focus is what your dreams are. He will use creativity and resources to get you that dream remodel while staying in budget. He will also honestly tell you if something should or should not be done as part of your project. He works with you to satisfy. He is not a contractor who has dollar signs in his eyes. He loves what he does and it shows in the quality of workmanship that is produces. Don't worry if you are not exactly sure what would be a good design. Struction also can help.

Project: Build a Garage

After conflicting info from the city, Brad from Struction looked at our garage rebuild plan, talked to the city thrice, and got the REAL answer. We couldn't do it (no expansion allowed), but at least now we had a straight answer. Plan B: repair it (replace rotted wood, straighten walls), then new vinyl siding. We'd some of the work, and Brad would do the rest. Worked out GREAT. Brad was communicative and conscientious throughout. He arrived when he said he'd arrive, called if he'd be late, done on time and on budget. Nailed it, figuratively and literally. Best contractor experience I've ever had. Brad might be a Jedi.
