Summer Sweet Construction is a locally owned Remodeling company servicing all facetts of remodel,repair and new construction needs. We specialize in the hands on involvement from the begining of the process to the finalization with our own employee's. We also act as General contractors and construction managers with larger progects and have been involved as such, with the construction management of apartment buildings, assisted living facility, office buildings and many others. We provide the customer the assurance they need to know that they are working with a team that can get the project finished in the time frame and within the cost guidelines agreed to. We are not adverse to modifying or making changes as directed by the customer. Our goal is for the customer to realize the most out of satisfying there needs or dreams depending on the motivation for the project. They actually ended up replacing my roof which was of immediate concern. Return calls were prompt, The estimate was great and adhered to. Clear and understandable as far as terms and conditions. They took advantage of a break in the weather and had the job completed except for one small item the weather would not permit. A pleasure to deal with.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Summer Sweet Construction. They were courteous, prompt, provided me with good ideas and finished the work in a very timely manner. I received a call from Jim Freet regarding my request for service to install a service door in the back of my garage. This was at 9am. He arrived at my house at 10am for a consultative meeting. By 1:30pm his team was at my house beginning the installation. By 5:30pm that same day they were able to cut a hole in my garage, install the door as well as an exterior light with all of the electrical completed. I was most impressed.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

After reviewing his bid. We spoke on the phone and hired him...he was checking into Strongsville's permits and that took 10 days--so I said "Lets do it June 17th." I left several messages with him to let him know it was ok to tear down the deck on the 16th if he wanted to...in the spam 2wks we have left him several phone and text messages and emails and he has yet to this date gotten back to us. June 21,2010 11am est.
