The company's emergency staff called me immediate after I submitted the magic request. That was about middle night. Then next morning they followed up to confirm the appointment. The technician or engineer is very good. He checked around and called me for the estimate. His estimate is almost half of the other company asked yesterday while that company did not even check any problem by opening the panel. After I gave the permission, he finished the job about one hour. He called me to get credit card payment information and then dropped the paperwork in my mailbox. Excellent service and reasonable price that I recommended any one!

Mark from Suntech provided great service for my AC compressor in a timely and professional manner. He even returned to my property the following week, at my request, to follow up with about ac handler and provided a very honest evaluation of the noise I was concerned about. I would strongly recommend Suntech for servicing your Central AC System. Mark provided great work and service on-time.
