Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms - For Business

The contractor was very good about communicating and sending pics. This is very important because this was a cross country project for me and I needed daily updates and pics. We did run into a few hurdles with permitting and we worked thru it with several trades. They demostrated promptness, professionalism and communicated well. This was a commercial project and our customer was very pleased with the end result. We did go over budget but with all the issues along the way that were out of our control we were thankful the contractor did not charge us more. I look forward to the next project with Suntree!!!

Suntree has been true to it's bid and has been very professional in dealing with our project. I feel as if I'm a valued customer and that my questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. I'm a very detailed person which has presented some challenges to the contractor but he's always been willing to work with me.

Mitch was just awesome to work with, always responded back to me with any questions I had and worked with me as I made changes along the way from the original work scope. All of the sub contractors were first rate very courteous of the other tenants here in the hanger, they all did an outstanding. I have heard nothing but awesome job from customers coming into my new office area. I have nothing but the highest respect for Mitch and his team.
