Bob Grota was readily available. Although I live in MN, Bob immediately returned my e-mail offering ready contact via cell phone. I was overwhelmed with his response. In less than 28 hours, Bob had visited my mother's home, made assessments about a ramp and provided a bluepring and bid. My other siblings, who live in RI and MA, were amazed that I could accomplish this so quickly, particularly negotiating this over the internet and cell phone. Bob was reassuring, understanding and extremely competent in discussing how best to meet my mother's need. We did not complete the project because of my mother's unwillingness to need a ramp.

They did a great job hauling away our old apppliances. I would highly recommend them, especially because two other companies that made an appointment just never showed up (I guess the job was too small for them). Superior Contracting showed up on time as promised, were polite and neat, and they did a great job watching out for our walls and floors.

They showed up on time, were personable, gave a great rate and did an excellent job - even though there were unknown factors to deal with like steel mesh in the corners and along the boarder of the ceiling and walls. The edge left on the ceiling was perfect.

Bob is a real pro and he brings an experienced crew with him who are not only quick andefficient, but really nice too. My wife and are happy we had that old cement foundation removed. I had been pushing it off for years. If I knew how easy it would be for Superior Contracting I would have called them years ago.
