Well to start the original estimate was wrong that was presented to my wife at the time of the consultation. By measurement it was off by 400.00. I called the company and they corrected it and faxed me a new estimate for the correct amount. When they came to do the installation it was done very unprofessional. It did not follow the property line, it was crooked, the top was uneven with existing fence and it had a 6” clearance along 10 feet of it at the bottom.. When completed they still charged me the original misquote price. To say the least I was very unsatisfied with this company and the installation of my fence.
Response by Superior Fence and Rail of North Florida, Inc.: This customer was contracted through Home Depot. His initial concern with his contract amount was reported immediately and Home Depot was responsible for billing. The customer raised concerns immediately after the installation. Those concerns were addressed and the customer approved the corrected installation. At every point we made every reasonable effort to remedy the customer's issues in a timely effort. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and although we may have fell short initially in this instance, we did correct every issue the customer raised.
