James is FANTASTIC! I was in the middle of settling my parents estate; too much to do, too little time, dealing with other sub-par contractors. Under pressure to get things done right. My pool was covered, but rather hastily; pool and pump not properly winterized. I asked him to do a few extra things requested by my Realtor. He is courteous, professional, and hard working. Realtor stopped by the day after James was here. He said, 'WOW', asked what I paid, he said, ‘unbelievable’. My Realtor, with 30yrs experience, said he’ add James to his ‘first call’ list. Bottom line, good price, excellent service, you can’t go wrong with MASS Pools.

James of Mass Pools is the BEST! He is personable, INTELLIGENT and shows up as promised. Never have had service like this in over 18 years! He knows his pools! My husband and I have wondered why we wasted our time with losers all these years. He is flexible and conscientious and knows his stuff. HIGHLY recommended!

James suggested that I go for a less expensive solution than the one I was tending toward. This advice saved me ~$800 that I didn't need to spend. He was also very courteous and professional. I would recommend him highly and will likely hire him again.

Excellent job, excellent service. Communication was awesome. James secured the job in a timely manner, went above and beyond to make this happen for us. I will recommend Mass Pools to anyone in need of pool service.

Project: Clean or Maintain a Swimming Pool
We initially contacted Mass Pools to discuss pool servicing and possibly changing over to a salt system. Jimmy called me within 5 minutes of submitting a request through ServiceMagic. I was very impressed. Our meeting was very informative and was provided with all information I needed, even some self servicing tips! We decided this fall to start small with a loop loc cover project for our spa which was ordered and installed quickly. We look forward to working with Mass Pools in the spring! I give Mass Pools an A+ in customer service.
