They were going to charge me $243.00 for an $18.00 part. Service tech who came even agreed the part only costs $18.00. I bought part myself and AC works fine now.

Per recommendation from Bryan Mortar, the Operations Manager I agreed to replace the old unit (18 years old) with a new Rheem RA1436 model. The job was performed on 28 June16. The old unit was mounted outside on the wall, the technician put the new unit on the ground, spread some mulch around it. After my protest that it looks awful he went out to get some paver blocks, didn't take the correct measurements, was supposed to come later to finish but didn't show up as of yet. The two holes in the siding from the original mount are not their problem either. The part downstairs was not sealed properly and I had to show the technician that air is leaking. The AC is very loud when it starts. I paid $4500.00 for the unit and labor. I picked Swiss Air because it had the highest rating on Home Advisor. I am extremely disappointed.

I felt so comfortable with them I left them in my home alone right after they got there. They did not nickel and dime me. If there were other things that needed to be done to comply with code they did it at no extra charge. At the end I heard the vacuum and went down and it was all cleaned up. I can't say enough about this company. Brian explained everything so that I could make the right decision.
