Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
They removed, installed and completed this major job in one day! They replaced our A/C, water heater, heater and coils. They quickly responded and fixed any and all items I felt needed their attention. They were simply outstanding in every aspect.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
Very poor experience! Our A/C needed repair during 100 + degree heat. We were desperate.. Dan informed me that it would only be $29.00 to inspect/diagnose the A/C. We were charged almost $400.00. He informed us that we needed a new A/C unit...NO POSSIBLE WAY TO FIX THE UNIT. Our landlord then called Dan and had several questions following research that he had done. Dan came back again to "reinspect" the unit and this time went upstairs into the attic...why not the first time? Again, he insisted that a new A/C unit was our only option. Our landlord came over, changed out a faulty switch, and we have had cool air ever since. Refund!

My appt. was for 11:30, technician arrived closer to 1 pm. Very professional, stayed on task and completed the work needed. Polite, wore booties to protect carpet and did explain what he saw in the attic and in the outside unit. Loss of focus was in the up selling...too much time spent on trying to convince me that my unit was a money pit and my need to buy an entirely new unit.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Plumber that the company sent out had a nervous breakdown and extended a water heater change project to over a week. Company was initially less than responsive even when we found offer at Home Depot for over half off the price to readjust but finally agreed. The second plumber the company finished the job in hours.
Response by Syntrol Plumbing Heating & Air, Inc.: We are very sorry that our assigned plumber had a mental breakdown during the install of your water heater. That same day he was submitted to the Emergency room for treatment. He since has gotten far better and is getting back into the work force. We did adjust your price and made sure the job was completed immediately upon this accurance. At Syntrol we stride for complete customer satisfaction. We do hope that you are satisfied with the performance of your new water heater and hope that over all, we were able to stand by our purchase agreement. Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Syntrol responded with a callback immediately, Made arrangements for technician to respond on the following Monday. Response time was as we agreed on. Technician was very thorough in his evaluation of the problem and thoroughly explained the different options available.The quality of the repairs was excellent, the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would definately recommend them to friends and family and if a need arises I would definately call them again.

Job did not require any actual work. The individual could have easily charged us for our simple fix but he told us what we needed to do and it was done!! Thank you for being an honest company!!
