They did a good job, forgot one downspout but returned to install it. It took longer than I would have liked to complete the job but it was done professionally and I am satisfied. They returned my calls every time I contacted them..

Chris was very timely and professional throughout all of our communication, and was very prompt at getting the job done in one day, on the day they said they would start. All mess was cleaned up, and my personal inspection of the work underneath the house was well-done. They were the lowest bid, as well.

From my first meeting with Chris Elliott on February 11, 2010 through the completion of my attic insulation on February 17, the experience working with TCI Insulation was OUTSTANDING! Chris is EXTREMELY responsive and provided a quote for my job when requested. The work crew arrived on time and completed the job well within time estimated. They made sure that they cleaned up all debris and that I was completely satisfied prior to requesting payment. Their quote for blowing fiberglass insulation into my attic was EXTREMELY competitive. The work performed was EXCELLENT and I strongly recommend considering TCI for your insulation project.
