Appreciate the personal attention and timeliness. The cost is high for just a roof inspection (about 2/3 of a whole house inspection). Nice people.

I am very disappointed as of yet with my roof certification. I have been back and forth with Liz and Justin trying to get the certification in a format that is needed to follow through with financing on my house. Several time I have been told that I would have my certification at such and such time. it is now twice that I have been given this lip service. I would like some intervention on behalf of Service Magic.

We just had a roofing certification, which they did fair and accurate. We did not pass, but did not expect too. It was a good price though, and outside a slow turnaround for an appointment, a bit of a sales job with the inspection, and some confusion around times and how the payment was being completed, it was pretty good overall. Nice folks, and I would work with them again.

THEY WERE VERY DETAIL ORIENTED DIDN'T RUSH THE JOB LET US KNOW HOW THE JOB WAS COMING WORKED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY BECAUSE THEY RAN INTO TROUBLE WITH THE WEATHER AND IT TOOK LONGER THAN THEY EXSPECTED THEY COULD ANSEWER EVERY QUESTION WE HAD ABOUT COST AND ANYTHING ELSE WE WANTED TO KNOW I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO MY FREINDS AND FAMILY
