Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
TSC (now Five Star) was on time and courteous. They installed our furnace/air cond. in a timely manner. They had a service manager check on the project after the project was complete to make sure we were satisfied and everything was installed properly. Great warranties on their products.

Service man was unprofessional. Tracked mud and grass into foyer and to bathroom. full repair cost seemed very out of line. Not well pleased.
Response by TSC, Inc.: I am sorry this customer was not fully satisfied. After investigating these concerns I am going to refund the $79.00 this customer spent with us. The reason for the refund is because we always promise our customers to leave their homes cleaner than when we found it. Obviously that did not happen. This homeowner was quoted $238.00 for a full repair that would have been warrantied for 5 years. I don't think was too much for what was proposed. For the goods, services, warranties, and customer protection we offer, we are the least expensive provider in town. Tommy Sinn GM / VP Operations

The reason why I didn't give a perfect score is because I believe I could have gotten the project done at a much cheaper rate. The installer was good, but other than what they charge, and sure I could have not hired them, but I didn't want to wait any longer to get the project done.. I was going to have them change out my shower faucets, but I think I'm going to get more bids, since I believe the bid they gave me is VERY high
