Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof

The crew worked hard and finished in three days, area cleaned up properly. Very courteous and friendly. However, the contract stated they would use a roof buggy which the reason I contracted this company. I did not want truck parked on my lawn. when I came home to check on them there was a dump truck parked on my lawn and Troy told me they did not have the roof buggy available. Also after the job was completed I found several soft spots on the roof after I was told none of the wood was bad. They did come out and fix the spots after the fact. Price was comparable to other companies providing the same product. Service was quick and professional

Response by TS Kauffman Roofing, LLC: Im sorry Shawn the roof buggies hydraulic line blew the day before your work was scheduled Im so sorry. Those soft spots were due to the roofs infrastructure. The only way i was able to complete the job proficiently was to drive on the lawn at this point I did lay down plywood and I made sure no damage was caused after the work was complete. Im glade I was able to help fix the soft spots and thank you for your rating.

Troy came out the same day I called to look at the roof. They did an excellent job, addressed every detail, answered all of my many questions, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I was very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were 3 nice guys who worked hard, explained anything when asked, arrived when they said, didnt leave a mess, They were like good neighbors or family. If I had more roofs I'd call Troy again

T.S Kauffman is a very good roofing contractor. They replaced my shingles in a timely manner, and they were very neat and left no mess behind. They stand by there work. i had a little leak a couple of week after they were done and they came right out and fixed it with no questions asked. Over all they are a good company.

While the initial scheduling was give n take, due to the time of year (late spring), everything else was impeccable. The crew was very professional, polite, and prompt. Obvious extra care and thought was taken, even down to which way the cap was installed because of prevailing winds. The job site was always neat and as clean as possible. The work ethic was of the highest caliber.
