Great work and value for money. Not good on keeping appointments or rescheduling. After hiring Troy to replace the deck, I was pleased with the end result. I hired him for other projects that did not end well. He left all the projects unfinished, i.e. drywall not sanded enough to paint, fence posts not cut, holes in ceiling after light fixture install, etc. He does not contact you to let you know he is not going to show up as scheduled and tends to be late for every appointment. I would not recommend him for a big project; he takes too long to finish a small project.

We make every effort to have close communication with our customers and if there is ever a change in the schedule we make sure you are well aware of it. This must have been a complete oversiite on our part and hope that this does not prevent you from calling on us again. Troy would not knowingly leave a job unfinished unless he was told by the owner to not complete the job. Leaving a job unfinished would just not be professional and as you can see from all of our other reviews we have almost a 100% satisfactory result. We value our customers an want them all happy
